Peanut Butter & Jam Smoothie

Today I decided to create a smoothie recipe based off one of my all time favourites, a peanut butter and jam sandwich. This smoothie is healthy, easy and incorporates the peanut butter and jam flavours perfectly! I will definitely be making this one again.

What You'll Need: 

Peanut Butter Layer: 

1/2 banana

1 heaping tsp. PB2 ( if you don't have PB2 just use a heaping tsp. regular peanut butter)

1 regular tsp. all natural peanut butter

crushed ice ( I used approx. 1/3 cup)

approx. 1/3 cup almond milk

Jam Layer: 

100g vanilla yogurt

3/4 cup- 1 cup blueberries

approx. 1/3 cup almond milk

1. First, blend the ingredients for your banana layer well, pour into a cup.

2. Blend the ingredients for your jam later well, gently pour on top of the banana layer.
