Banana Pear Smoothie

Simplicity is the best way to ensure you are eating healthy. The more simple the food and ingredients, the cleaner the food will be. Since I am a big fan of smoothies I just wanted to create a smoothie using four simple ingredients. Since I have plenty of pears and bananas at my house, I thought these would be the perfect combination.

What You'll Need: 

1 banana 

1 pear

100g yogurt ( I would recommend vanilla, I only used strawberry because it is all I had at the time) 

approx. 1/3 cup almond milk 

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and enjoy!
