This is my creation for dinner last night. I used bakery pizza dough from my local gluten free bakery ( the dough is excellent) and topped it with my favourite toppings! Some of which were grilled chicken breast, zucchini, onion, tomato, peppers, swiss chard, arugula and topped with a tiny bit of cheddar cheese. You can still be healthy and eat pizza, just limit how often you eat it and be careful when choosing your toppings!
