Biceps and Triceps Workout
I not only love to eat healthy but exercise is also a large part of my daily life. I love anything from a standard gym workout, crossfit, swimming, pilates, and kickboxing as it makes me feel good and allows my body to work at its optimal level. So with this I thought I would start creating more exercise related posts to just simply allow people to see that portion of my life and maybe guide people in the right direction of incorporating more exercise into their daily activities.
This first Biceps and Triceps Workout is a basic workout I like to do about once a week. I work my biceps and triceps using free weights, the cable machine and even my own body weight, as in the case of the tricep dips. This is just a guide and what works for me, everyone will be able to lift different amounts of weight for a different amount of repetitions, so start slow as you do not want to injure yourself. I hope you find this post somewhat helpful and continue to lead happy, healthy lives!
