When my mom came home yesterday afternoon with two full bins of fresh picked strawberries I knew I was going to have to make myself some type of strawberry based smoothie, so here it is!
What You'll Need:
100g fat free vanilla or strawberry yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein power
Approx. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Approx. 1/2 cup strawberries
Blend the ingredients together and there you go, you are ready to enjoy your smoothie! You could even add a dollop of nutriwhip on top to make it look fancy.
