Gluten Free Bruschetta

Bruschetta is one of my favorite appetizers, so I wanted to create my own, clean, fresh recipe for it. After a few trials this is the final product that I came up with, I hope you enjoy!

Gluten Free Healthy Bruschetta Recipe: Serves 2

What you’ll need:

1-2 tomato’s ( depending on their size)

3 cloves garlic or garlic powder

fresh basil

red wine vinegar

balsamic vinegar

salt and pepper

feta cheese

gluten free bread/buns

1. chop up your tomato’s and basil into tiny pieces, sauté them in a frying pan on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes

2. Add your three cloves of finely chopped garlic, a splash of red wine vinegar and a splash of balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, allow to sauté for another 5 minutes so the flavours can be absorbed

3. While your tomato mixture is in the frying pan put your gluten free buns on a baking sheet and broil for 2-5 minutes, until golden brown

4. Once both parts are complete top your gluten free buns with your tomato mixture, sprinkle with some feta cheese and enjoy
