This was my smoothie of the day, a fairly basic Blueberry Banana Smoothie! I am in love with smoothies, they are fast to make, very healthy and the combinations you can make are endless!
What You'll Need;
Blueberry Portion:
1/2 cup blueberries
100g vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup ice
splash of almond milk
Banana Portion:
1 banana
1/2 cup ice
1/4 - 1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp. honey
1. Blend each portion well, then layer in a glass!
This sounds and looks delicious! Bananas are the perfect smoothie fruit :)
