This is one of my favourite energy boosting smoothies. It is perfect for post workout as it contains protein & energy so refuelling the body is its main purpose, plus it tastes great! It is made with minimal ingredients & incorporates one of my favourite must have foods, peanut butter!
What You'll Need:
1 medium ripe banana ( the more ripe the banana the more sweet it is)
Approx. 1/2 cup crushed ice
Approx. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp. peanut butter
- Combine these ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and enjoy!
