Here is a favorite recipe of mine, it is easy, and clean: Mango Salsa
- For a family of four I use about 2 mango’s which I chop into tiny pieces
- Next I chop up some red onion and cucumber into tiny pieces and add that to the mango
- Then I add 4 tbsp of chopped fresh cilantro ( I typically just go to taste, so this is just an estimate)
- Finally I added one limes worth of fresh lime juice and your done :)
* Those are the gluten free taco chips I use, I purchased them at Sam’s Club, they are EXCELLENT, I even prefer them over the not gluten free variety
