This was my first time incorporating cottage cheese in my smoothie and the result was great! The flavour combination reminded me of a strawberry cheesecake so what better name then a strawberry cheesecake smoothie.
This nutrient filled smoothie has an abundant of healthy ingredients but tastes like a rich dessert... exactly like I hoped it would.
So give it a try as a pre or post workout snack or even as a secretly healthy dessert in the evening, I promise you will love it.

Ingredients:
1/2 a banana
1 cup strawberries
1 tbsp. vanilla yogurt
2 tbsp. cottage cheese
1/4 cup almond milk + 1/4 cup water
1/3 cup ice
1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend well for 30 seconds to a minute, enjoy!
