This is another smoothie creation of mine. There is so much fresh fruit in the summer so I like to experiment with it and the best way to do that in my opinion is in smoothies. This is my creation, a Strawberry Banana Smoothie w/ a Kiwi Core!
What You'll Need:
Pink Strawberry Portion:
1/2 banana
handful of strawberries
scoop of vanilla whey
100g strawberry yogurt
approx. 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
Green Kiwi portion:
3 kiwi
1/2 cup ice
100g vanilla yogurt
1/2 banana
splash of almond milk
First make the pink strawberry banana portion by combining ingredients in a blender, then pour into glass once blended.
Next, combine the green kiwi portion together in a clean blender, pour into centre of pink portion and you'll have your kiwi core! Enjoy!
