So I have discovered another little obsession of mine which are smoothie bowls! They are basically just a smoothie, poured into a bowl and topped with your choice of select toppings but something about eating a smoothie out of a bowl is really appealing to me lately!
These are two of my most recent creations!
The one on the left is a blueberry banana smoothie bowl made with half a banana, 1 cup blueberries, some almond milk, 100g vanilla yogurt and topped with chia seeds and pumpkin seeds.
The one on the right is a mixed berry smoothie bowl made with half a banana, 1/2 blueberries, 1/2 strawberries, almond milk, 100g strawberry yogurt and topped with chia seeds pumpkin seeds and coconut!
I recommend creating your own smoothie bowls, they taste great and are fun to put together as the combinations are endless!
