This is a new bread recipe I tried, It is more of a dessert bread but is still clean and healthy, It is gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free, I hope everyone enjoys it!
What You'll Need:
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup ground flax seed
3/4 cup coconut flour
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp. baking power
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lemons juice and zest
3 tbsp. honey
2 egg whites
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp. applesauce
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1. Combine all ingredients, mix well. Place in greased loaf pan, top with extra coconut and honey.
2. Bake in over at 400F for about 35 mins, let cool then enjoy!
