My Favourite Green Smoothie
I am not a huge green smoothie fan. I'v tried a number of variations of green smoothies and I found that all of them tasted too green... until this one. The flavours together taste great and you can't even taste the spinach which is what I was looking for. All the ingredients are healthy and pair well together. This is a great way to incorporate extra greens into your diet and makes for a perfect pre or post workout snack.
What You'll Need:
half a banana
handful of spinach
approx. 1/2 cup almond milk
approx. half a cup of ice
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp. vanilla fat free greek yogurt
Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
