My dinner from last night. I love creating different, healthy sandwich options, because there is room for so much variety! I like my sandwiches to be open faced because it means less bread & more proteins (turkey breast deli meat) and veggies :)
For my open face sandwich I toasted two pieces of gluten free bread, added a tad of mustard and topped with turkey breast deli meat arugula, roasted red peppers, cucumber, alfalfa sprouts, feta cheese and drizzled with a tad of light kraft balsamic vinaigrette . So tasty!
