
This is a super quick and easy recipe for bok choy. My family and I all love it, and its a tasty way to eat your greens!
What You'll Need:
Bok Choy
1 tbsp. peanut oil
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. water
1 clove garlic, minced
salt + pepper
1. Place peanut oil in heated skillet, add bok choy, balsamic vinegar, water, garlic, salt & pepper, cover skillet, allow to simmer for 3-5 mins, then serve :)

I've always wanted to try bok choy but I haven't got the chance.
