Veggie Stuffed Chicken

What You’ll Need: 

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

meat hammer

Weber All Natural Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning

1 red pepper, sliced

half purple onion, sliced

fresh basil

8 slices mozzarella cheese

1. Slice each chicken breast length wise and tenderize by hitting it with meat hammer until desired thinness is reached ( 30 sec- 1min). 

2. Season with Weber All Natural Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning, place red peppers, onion, fresh basil and cheese on one side of chicken breast. 

3. Roll the chicken breast up and secure with tooth pick. Cover with tin foil and bake on 350F for 30 mins, remove tin foil and bake for another 20, then enjoy!
