
This is another one of my smoothie creations. This one is so delicious and the mango gives it a lovely creamy texture.
What you’ll need:
One mango
1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut + a pinch of coconut to garnish
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 banana
2 100g yogurts in pineapple and/or coconut flavour ( I used a coconut greek yogurt to give my smoothie a little extra protein)
- Combine all ingredients in the blender, blend them together until smooth, then pour and sprinkle with a pinch of shredded unsweetened coconut, enjoy :)
